i'm trying to find a place to live for late august... does anyone out there have any advice about when places will start opening up?
i need to head out to edmonton the first week of july. would i be able to find a place that early? thanks for whatever help you can provide. |

You really have to go up and see for yourself what is available. Availability can change quickly. Typically, when renting, housing works on a month to month basis where most landlords expect tenants to move in and out at the beginning of the month. If you want to move in near the end of August, you might very well have to rent for the entire month of August in which case finding a place at the beginning of July would be very appropriate.
