I was a 1st year student at the UofR but I recently switched to the UoS because it is a bigger school and it has more courses to offer. I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to what classes are good to take during the 2nd year of "premed". I was told that Health Sciences 208.6 is a good choice, as well something like "Medical Terminology"? (I'm not sure if the number or the exact name since I am new). When I re-take it, will it count for full credit in one of my full years of study? Or will admissions dismiss the second attempt and I'll be short the required credit hours for that semester?

OOP applicant. Got put on the waitlist today. I was wondering what you think the waitlist movement will be like. Do they consider OOP waitlist movement and IP waitlist movement separately? I really liked the University of Saskatchewan and would love to be there in the fall. Stats:
4th year, GPA- 3.95, MCAT PS 10, BS 9, VR 9, WS N. Interview score- 20. Let me know what you think.

How much can medical school cost (incl. books, tuition and fees)?

In the admission process, what kind weighting scale is placed on grades, MCAT scores, reference letters, and interviews?

Finally, why should did you choose U of S? What were your experiences with students, faculty and staff like? And how did that impact your career?
