			<description><![CDATA[ After graduating this past May, I will be enrolling again for undergrad to take the prereq courses (I have an Arts degree).  Due to other obligations (I've actually enrolled in outside school programs that cost a @#%$ load of money that I can't get a refund from) I am able to enroll in only 3 courses this year and will probably only need 3 more next year to fulfill all the prereq's.  Do these adcoms look unfavourably at part-time students?  Do you guys suggest that I take a full course load... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hello everyone, I'm a first year UBC student, just moved into rez 3 days ago.  It turned out that my bed is infected with bed bugs.  They are parasites that hide in mattresses, wallpaper cracks and live on human/animal blood.  You can see what they look like by going to Google Image and search for &quot;bed bugs&quot;.  <br><br>I spoke to the House Maintainence at UBC, and he called in a pesticide company.  They'll do a three-phase chemical cleansing, lasting 4 weeks, first kill the adult... ]]></description>

If I get a ride, it would take like 40 minutes, depending on the traffic.  On the days when my mom can't drive me, it takes 75 minutes to get there by bus.  My parents keep on telling me to live in rez, since time saved from commuting will help me study.  However, I hear that rez (at UBC) could be noisy and there's parties going on.
