I was wondering if anybody has received any information regarding orientation week at McGill, as it is quickly approaching. I am so excited and anxious to find out what we will be doing. All I have been able to come across is some info about what the med students are doing but nothing about dental students specifically. Thanks!!!

the RCT on the US DAT is 50 questions in 60 minutes whereas the Canadian one is only 50 mins.

does anyone know if they make the passages a bit shorter for the canadian one? or is it just harder cause u get 10 minutes less?

my school gives out A+, A's and so forth so i know how to convert those marks to a 4 point scale..... A+ = 4, A = 3.9 etc

but at my uni, an A is anything between 80% - 85%.

how do i turn my GPA to a percentage?.....considering how everyone on this forum is using percentages instead of the 4 point scale.

I stored my unused soaps under my bed for about 6 months. When I took them out, the soaps sweat and smells a bit sour. And the soap is a bit brittle when carving. So, how do you store your soaps when you don't use them for awhile? What is the average starting %? How much different is it in rural vs. urban areas?

What strategy do you use to tackle this section? I know kaplan suggests writing some keywords for each paragraph, but I end up writing too many or too little of them. So, I end up wasting lots of time. What strategy did you use?
